La Cina è il Paese con il maggiore consumo di carbone al mondo
(nel 2008 2.567 milioni di tonnellate stimato in oltre il 45% globale),
“bruciando” da sola un quantitativo di poco maggiore rispetto ai sei
principali Paesi consumatori messi insieme che la seguono, nell’ordine USA
(la cui misura è destinata quantomeno a non salire visti i recenti provvedimenti in materia),
India, Germania, Russia, Giappone e Sud Africa.
Il controsenso nasce dal fatto al giorno d’oggi è il paese che investe di più nella Green Economy.
Quasi tutte le celle solari prodotte sono prodotte dalla ditta cinese Sun Tech Power Holdings,
il cui capo è l’uomo più ricco del mondo.
L’impiego di energia pulita nel Paese, che ricava energia per la maggior parte dal carbone,
è destinato a crescere.
Il report redatto dal Worldwatch Institute afferma che entro il 2012 la Cina trarrà il 15%
di energia da fonti rinnovabili, e se il Paese continuerà con questa politica, potrebbe raggiungere
il 30% entro il 2050.
Un Paese così grande e così popolato deve affrontare la questione ecologica: il livello di vita della
popolazione, almeno nelle città, si è rapidamente alzato negli ultimi anni, elemento che ha portato
ad un aumento dell’utilizzo di attrezzature domestiche come climatizzatori, frigoriferi e forni elettrici
tra i tanti. Anche il numero delle macchine è salito esponenzialmente dagli anni ’90 ad oggi, tanto da
prospettarsi un sorpasso della Cina sugli USA per numero di automobili in circolazione entro il 2020.
La Cina ricava, come si è detto, la maggior parte dell’energia dal carbone e dal potenziale idroelettrico.
Negli ultimi anni è andata aumentando la richiesta di petrolio che viene importato per un ammontare di
circa il 50% del fabbisogno totale.
Il problema delle risorse energetiche e dell’inquinamento sta portando la Cina davanti ad una scelta
obbligata: l’utilizzo di energie alternative. Questo l’ha indotta ad essere nel 2007 uno dei Paesi leader
in materia soprattutto nel settore idroelettrico, solare ed eolico, investendo circa 10 miliardi di dollari
nel settore, seconda solo alla Germania.
Uno dei primi passi verso un futuro più “verde”, è la legge del 2005 che tratta l’utilizzo delle fonti
rinnovabili, ritenuto assolutamente prioritario.
Oggi la Cina ottiene l’8% di energia e il 17% di elettricità da questo tipo di fonte, con l’intenzione
di crescere fino al 20% entro il 2020. Per questa data si stima di riuscire a raggiungere i 400 MW di
capacità a fronte dei 135 MW sfruttati nel 2006.
La leadership cinese, si è resa conto delle opportunità di guadagno che può portare lo sviluppo del settore
del rinnovabile, ed è anche per questo motivo che la tematica è sempre più discussa ai vertici del Paese,
riconoscendo nel rinnovabile un futuro business altamente remunerativo.
L’unica certezza è che il futuro ecologico del pianeta dipende molto dalle scelte ecologiche della Cina,
il Paese più popoloso del mondo e in continua crescita demografica ed economica.

sono tornato, oggi non scriverò un articolo sulla lingua ma vorrei parlare….di ECONOMIA….!!!!
Naturalmente avendo un background di tipo informatico parlerò di “TERRE RARE”.
Se voi avete comprato uno SMARTPHONE (ANDROID,IPHONE), un COMPUTER, lettore MP3…………. etc…..
Avete molto probabilmente delle terre rare contrabbandate dalla Cina.

Sono delle risorse naturali, in questo periodo storico importanti come il PETROLIO.
Sono importanti perchè per mezzo di esse si costruiscono:
superconduttori;
magneti;
catalizzatori;
componenti di veicoli ibridi;
applicazioni di optoelettronica (ad esempio laser Nd:YAG);
fibre ottiche (erbio);
risonatori a microonde (sfere di YIG, ovvero Yttrium iron garnet);
gli ossidi delle terre rare sono mescolati al tungsteno per migliorare le sue proprietà alle alte temperature per saldature,
rimpiazzando il torio che può risultare pericoloso da lavorare.
Insomma chi ha il mercato delle TERRE RARE posside anche il mercato del mondo INFORMATICO, ultimo baluardo dell’economia AMERICANA.
La questione, da EUROPEI ci riguarda tantissimo perchè per avere il monopolio la Cina (che aveva già da la maggiore quantità di terre rare) ha investito ingenti somme riaprendo miniere dismesse e creandone delle nuove in Africa, ci riguarda perchè in questo modo hanno fermato l’ “EMIGRAZIONE” verso l’Europa (Gli stati europei avevano provato a fermare l’EMIGRAZIONE dando sovvenzioni agli Stati Africani ma non ridussero il fenomeno perchè i soldi rimanevano nelle mani di pochi mentre creando occupazione con le miniere il problema è stato ridotto).
Attualmente molte terre rare che acquistiamo, sono terre contrabbandate da miniere abusive in CINA, quando esse verranno chiuse la terra di mezzo (ZHONG GUO) potra’:
1) Investire in tecnologia avendo il plusvalore di non doversi fornire di TERRE RARE
2) Chiudere le miniere in Africa provocando un grande esodo migratorio verso l’EUROPA
3) Decidere il prezzo delle TERRE RARE o addirittura bloccarne il rifornimento, tale tecnica è stata gia’ usata contro il Giappone, funziona parecchio.

Since I want to take HSK level 2 I translate “HSK vocabulary list”, at the moment in Cinese/italian next time in Chinese/English.
China’s Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi, known as HSK or the Chinese Proficiency Test is a standardized test at the state level designed and developed by the HSK Center of Beijing Language and Culture University to assess the Chinese proficiency of non-native speakers (foreigners, overseas Chinese and students of Chinese national minorities). HSK consists of the basic Chinese proficiency test (HSK Basic), the elementary and intermediate Chinese proficiency test (HSK Elementary-Intermediate) and the advanced Chinese proficiency test (HSK Advanced). HSK is held regularly in China and other countries each year. Certificates of HSK will be issued to those who have secured the required scores.
The Chinese Ministry of Education has established China National Committee for Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK)(CNCCPT). The Committee is the supervisor of HSK and the issuer of the Chinese proficiency certificates. CNCCPT has an office called Office of China National Committee for Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK), which takes care of the HSK affairs together with the HSK Center of BLCU.

Il nuovo esame HSK (hanyu shuiping kaoshi) è un esame per certificare il livello della conoscenza della lingua cinese a coloro la cui lingua madre non è quella cinese. Il nuovo esame HSK si divide nei livelli 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 e 6.
Io ho già sostenuto il livello 1 e mi sto preparando per il secondo.

In my opinion the application “Chinese Pinyin” created by http://www.smart-infotec.com is THE BEST on the Market regarding a software to learn Chinese Tunes.
The application works on Android System so all you can have is a Android phone or Tablet.
Now Following some screenshoot from my smartphone (If you know how to take screenshoot from Smart-phone go to http://www.blog-android.it I write an article about that, If you don’t understand italian you can use Google Translator).
The application created by http://www.smart-infotec.com is really nice !! I highly raccomend to you to install on your smartphone or tablet.
